If it's like the 8053 (and I'm 99% sure it is), it does have 8v RCAs, it does have pause, and it will not play MP3s without the Eclipse Commander unit.

Hey, I'll ask my coworker if he wants it. He was looking at the 8445 cos its the only one he saw on ebay. I just purchased, well traded an amp for the 8443, i should be gettin it in a week or two. Heard its an awesome deck. Also whats great is that you can use an ipod by hookin it up using an aux cable. Do you have pics, because I know if he is interested he would like to see it.
