It has non-fader control yes. Adjustable from 0-15

Looking for a trade? I've got a 5444 on the way, but I much prefer an 8443.
They are basically the same deck I believe, the 5444 being one year newer, but only have 5 volts.

yeah i have the 8053. almost the same except for the internal amp. but these are great head units and they even sound better than ******* bouncing on the bed.
I used to have an 8053...and trust me I know. To this day it is the single greatest deck I've used
