anyways.

i payed this much plus shipping and paypal fees on 4/25/05 for it

it is the '04 version (pale white display) not the '03 version

these have become highly sought after as many, including myself, consider the '04 far better looking than the '05 version

it also is a deadhead (they do not offerone currently) and has better s/n ratio, thd and stereo seperation than amplified versions

i looked for a few months for a new 04 8053 and jumped all over this one- my local dealer wanted 599.95 and the only online place i found had the '03 model... used ones generaly go for this price and we all know how many locked up ones are sold on ebay
