Eclipse 3640

Sup guys.

I just wanted to know if any one knows the watts on an Eclipse 3640 (4 ch.) Right now I have 4 Pioneer 5.25 and 2soundstream 200 watt tweeters. However recently one of my speaker is making a crackling/static sound, Im thinking its ready to go out.

So is this a good amp to use for the speakers that i have or should I switch. Also I wanted to know what would be a good amp to hook up to 10"SE DVC4ohm.
