eclipse 3200 or pioneer 6000ub help!!!!!

hey guys im going to be geting a new hu soon and im wondering what unit will be better for me.

im looking at eather the eclipse 3200 or the pioneer 6000ub.

i want a flash drive and xm radio and with the eclipse i have to get an audiovox xm tuner seporate so i dont know how well in will integrate in to the eclipse.

i want an eq at least a 3 band(bass,mids,highs)and the eclipse has a 3 band and the pioneer has a 7 band so i like the 7 band more and it has to have built in filters(high,low).

which hu will give me the best sq? what is the real differance between the regular pioneers and the premere's? they seem to have the same functions and so on.

so im wondering which hu is better quality and will have better sq.
