i always get this trouble. tried selling a laptop and got nothing but e-mails asking me to ship to nigeria, now my ipod and i think the guy may come through on my 360

you know that all those nigeria bids are scams right? people have been getting scammed left and right they pay you ship it and then poof the money disappears.

Here's a weird one that I haven't run across before...

I bought something recently on eBay and immediately paid for my item like I always do.

The seller left positive feedback and shipped my item quickly thereafter.

I received my purchased item in good order and consequently left positive feedback for my seller.

Two days after this whole process has taken place I get an email from eBay notifying me that the listing for that item had been removed by eBay and as such all bids/purchases for that listing (it was a multiple-item listing) were now invalid and those bids/purchases did not have to be honored by the bidders/buyers.

A quick search shows my seller's account is now in No Longer A Registered User status.

 

I wonder what he did? His feedback before my transaction with him (as well as after until his account got suspended //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif) was 100%.

dont do it. may even be the same fricken guy that ripped me off on my pioneer indash. well i clearly state in my selling instructions i only ship to the united states, plus the bad grammar in the e-mail and the fake paypal and ebay e-mails was enough to alert me this was a scam

Yeah, that sucks horribley man. I used to buy/sell a lot on eBay and that occured pretty often with me. Then you have to pay to relist the item, and the bidder gets nothing more than a negative feedback...

You are a scammer yourself, so you have no say in this matter.

I've never had a problem with ebay (2 years) until a few days agowhen a dude with -1 feedback bid on my auction 3 days before it ended

it was for an autotek bass knob switch, the amount was 26 bucks, then he bid 27

if a buyer on ebay does not pay u can file a non payment complaint anf recieve the listing cost back.it is called a final value fee.i have had to do it a few times.

The Item Final Value fee and the listing fees are two completely separate things.

That might be the exception ~ where the transaction should have never taken place at all. Someone with a valid account bidding and then not paying won't get your listing fees back, sadly...
