Alright I won and paid for an Eclipse XA5000. The guy had decent communication before I won. I only asked one question, but he responded.

Its been 3 days since I won and he hasnt filled out any tracking information in Paypal despite his great shipper ratings.

Im starting to get worried since Ive never had anyone taken this long to ship.

He has 88 seller feedbacks all 100% flawless and all report that he has fast shipping and great packaging.

How short is to short to file a PP dispute?

Look on the listing for how long it says it will take for the item to be shipped out or for how many days it should take for you to receive it. Also, unless explicitly stated that he will, I believe tracking information is not a requirement.

You don't always get tracking numbers from sellers even though he may of shipped it already.......

I dont think he stated, but he did get tracking.

You don't always get tracking numbers from sellers even though he may of shipped it already.......

He did ship it. He let me know this morning via message on eBay.
