What does it mean when a ebay auction says :

We only ship to Confirmed Addresses?

I know its a dumb question.. but I really don't get it. Do they mean your confirmed paypal account address? If so, how do you become "confirmed" ? thanks..

I think you get confirmed by having a credit card supporting your PayPal account.

A buyer's Confirmed Address is checked against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company.

The reason I'm asking this is because I bought a sub off of ebay friday night.. and didn't really know what that ment. I don't have a credit card, nor do I plan on getting one. I am just now in the process of verifying my checking account with paypal.. and I paid the auction with remaining paypal funds I already had.

Do you think this will create a problem with the seller? I have emailed him twice.. still no answer, but the first time I got an automated email from them telling me they had recieved my payment & it answered alot of common questions.

Some people say it and don't really care. But I can imagine some kids honestly won't ship to an address that's unconfirmed. It comes into play with insurance coverage for broken items and dispute resolution. If you ship to an uninsured address you aren't protected from buyer fraud and the likes.

They said they would ship within 24 hours, but I have yet to get any tracking #'s.. do you think its b/c I paid on a weekend? Can stuff only be shipped out on business days? Thanks~

Most times they only ship it only in buisness days but they can also send a package on saturday. Sunday is not available though.
