i will tell ya whats wrong with shippin to canada....stuff gets hung up at the border and then the buyer is jumping up and down..even with your lil paper showing u shipped they can still do a charge back if they dont have it in a certain amount of time...

If you've got a shipping recipt as proof that the iteam was sent then no one can do a chargeback (although apparently only if it was sent to thier paypal address)

Philippines or not it sounds to me like this scam could work anywhere if the package wasn't sent to the address listed under the buyer's paypal account.

Anyway, everyone is talking like paypal and ebay are seperate companies.. word to the wise, ebay owns paypal..

That really sucks and is terrible news. I don't mean to rub it in or anything like that, but c'mon...The philippines? Ebay/classified transactions via paypal and countries out of the CONUS is a huge risk.

I don't know you personally, but you seem like a great father and a valued member of this community. I hope you can recover from this and bounce back very soon.
