Works great with barely any interference. i'm in a fairly populated area to. .. I hardwired mine to a switched 12v so it turns on right away but you still have to press the on button to get the station..Otherwise it wil just show the clock..It does power on/off as its supposed to though..Highly reccomended unless you live in the city, but from what i hear all fm transmitters **** in citys.
