cool story, bro.Eating healthy isn't so bad, all I do is just dont eat junk food, and only drink water or very low calorie drinks (less than 100). I also either run 3 miles , or go cycling for 45 minutes to an hour atleast 3 times a week. Thats all you need to get rid of that turkey neck.

2) shitting twice a day has nothing to do with eating "healthy". Chances are you have a huge fiber intake, not enough body usage, and are eating too much.
