Eating healthy sucks.

haha why would you have to shit more if you ate healthy?

it does **** but it is worth it if you stick to it and actually exercise to stay fit and healthy, and you become accustomed to what healthy food should taste like.

I don't eat healthy though, lol.

 
Learn to season your food better and it's actually pretty good. I usually eat 6 times a day and hit weights, but have been sick this week. Also eat a lot of subway chicken breast samiches. You do cook, right?

 
Eating healthy isn't so bad, all I do is just dont eat junk food, and only drink water or very low calorie drinks (less than 100). I also either run 3 miles , or go cycling for 45 minutes to an hour atleast 3 times a week. Thats all you need to get rid of that turkey neck.

1) You can eat awesome tasting foods and be healthy at the same time, as long as you're not obsessed with shit like mcdonalds and stuff. If you are, you are worthless anyways.

2) shitting twice a day has nothing to do with eating "healthy". Chances are you have a huge fiber intake, not enough body usage, and are eating too much.
