Easy jobs to get

what specific skill sets do you have, if any bro?
I know a lot about motorcycles (dirt bikes), I've rebuilt the engine in my dirtbike and know the bike inside out. I don't have much experience with cars but I'm pretty good when it comes to that type of stuff. I have a lot of hand tools. No job experience with anything mechanical though. Also, I have basic carpentry skills. No one wants to hire someone with no experience.

has anyone had much luck with job agencies? Also, whats the best way to find a job doing landscaping/grass cutting and the like?

dude get 50 bucks think of a name, go to city hall and file for an LLC. Now u have a real landscaping business or whatever u want it to be. Put your add in the paper that u will do basic house work like that(cutting grass, raking leaves, cleaning pools) start with low prices And work your way up. That's just me though I love to be the leader never like Authority figures

I have been looking for a job for like 2 months now. I've had like 5 interviews but the (retail) stores I applied at always has like 20-30 interviews for one job opening. Any suggestions on where to apply? IDGAF what it is, I just need some sort of income. I've got some retail experience and am knowledgeable about cars.

How old are you if you are old enough I'm sure you could get a job laboring for a roofing, cement, general construction, company. Even if you have to drive for it you can make good $ doing it. Good luck hope times get better.

Ifyou see a van or truck for one of those companies. They usually have phone # on the side. Call and ask if they are hiring. Or just walk up on a contruction siite or to they guy mowing the lawn and inquire. Most manual labor jobs aren't too formal on how you ask, if anything is shows gumpion that you are willing to work.

Grab the phone book and start calling!!! And tell them you will labor till lunch and then you will discuss what your worth. Are you looking for a career or just a job? I just quit roofing a couple years ago and was making $20/hr so there is good $ to be made.

Either hand or blow are the two easiest I jobs I have had. Depending on the size of the city would also depend on the job id get. I just turned 18 and I've been working for a year. I'm about to transfer schools right now to get night school so I can work a day job and make better money. The key to getting a job from my experience is persistence. I would go bug them every day or two about the job or checking in. You also have to have more confidence than the others applying. Fast food ***** with school though. I'm working around 40+ hours a week, and going to school, and now have a kid. Not much time to sleep

Any straight commission sales is easy to get into. You have to have some balls and be willing to put in the work though. If you can sell there's lots of money to be made. I did vaccuums for a few years, met plenty of guys who made 6 figures. One guy in particular (who was good) worked about half a day 6 days a week and took October off to go hunting.

Fast food is **** work, but they'll hire anyone. If you work and can speak English (bi-lingual probably a plus) you can get into management pretty quickly which actually pays fair and has decent benefits.

Also most of the guys I know who are in building trades are desparate for guys who will actually show up and work. If you have any local building supply stores (not Home Depot, but like local version), you can ask people there if they know any crews looking for help..they will know people more intimately.

Good luck.

IMO the 10-20% unemployment is largely people who are too incompetent to pick tobacco and or just completely lazy.

Shipping companies will hire anyone.
Worked at UPS as a packagae handler years ago, was not easy at all. But they WILL hire.

Just like others suggested, use Temp agencies, Craigslist, and of course, friends/family.

Gyms are another easy go, but some are picky..

Good luck
I did this years ago as well. This will also teach you to package any item as if it were going be dropped from a plane. I do that and I have still had claims from anything from fork lift damage to what looked to be dragging damage. lol..nothing surprises me anymore with logistic companies. Hell, I had a sub show up one day from a distributor and the frame of the sub was almost folded all the way in half. How do you do that? I still don't know and that was back in 2001 haha.

Just hit up a temp service and see what happens.
Other then that fast food always works. Do not give me the "I am to good for that" attitude. If you think that then perhaps more growing up is in order. You should be willing to do what ever is needed to get by on your own. If I had to work at MCD's tomorrow and for the rest of my life to keep a roof over my(and my families) head, I would do it with out thinking twice.
I myself would do the same.Even though...Mcds ,are above min wage in most cases that I have heard about. If you are willing to learn a trade for a career,as I have done, and have been in this trade for over 20yrs now,Local Union 669 Fire sprinklers and Pipe Fitters. They start you out with a very well starting scale,Have a 4yr term for the apprenticeship and now is on line for the most part,BENEFITS PKG.,PENSION,SIS PENSION,Tools provided, ect.I have gotten to travel alot of the states, and made a great living,as a Journeyman, and now a lisc State Fire Sprinkler Inspector,Nicet I,II Certified, and other Certifications as well.In Tx, I believe starting scale for preapprentice is $11.50 hr, and top scale is $28.+NO LIMIT BUT NO LESS THAN SCALE.After the Probation period/Dedicated Member/Apprentice will get a raise every 6 months, provided that he or she continues to stay current with the lessons of correspondence, and attends 3 topics within the yr.After the appr.and you become a journeyman. you can travel to what ever state within the local, in which is US, and Canada.Go to the website, and look up the BA(Buisness agent for the area in which you are in, and call, and get him to explain the Union, and the process to you,and he can land you a job/find you a job.Need a GED/or equiv,or HS depl.,DL,SS#/Basic info.,and pass a drug exam.Past history makes no concern...No discrimination.Ill made close to $65k this yr, and with the beat down economy in Tx.You will never be rich in money doing this trade, but rich in what you take pride in doing.I love the work,Knowledge Ive gained, and places Ive been, and go to, and I feel as though I work for the best here at home. Its been an Honest living, and it helps save lifes, and well as structures/facilities.Its different daily,in service, and always will be needed.worth checking into its a job, and can be a a career, to provide for your family with benefits, and its union.too.:santa:Just a suggestion,to you.PM me if you or anyonelse has questions about this trade, hopefully I can answer
