I just download the mpeg from bareshare/kazza lite/winmx

Then use nero to convert. You can even get nero in the same fashion.

check out this website. http://www.ircspy.com You'll need a client like MIRC to download. There are tutorials there. If you want to do it the easy way download xdcc catcher. Tons of VCDs
