Earthquake??

personally i think they are crap--i know i guy who has 4 12"s in 8 cube box tuned to 38 hz with like 3000 watts rms going to them and my 2 12"s with 1100 watts was as loud but with way more sq. we have a dealer here in town but the only business he gets are all the little "distortion bangin" punks who think rattles and distortion is cool.

well the problem with audio is that what i think is crap may sound great to the next guy--take for example the question of rear fill vs. no rear fill--many ppl swear by no rear fill but my taste is tuned to having rear fill. it seems too me that the general consensus is that sony is crap but about 4 years ago i had a sony system (subs and amp)that sounded terrific and got plenty loud as well but it wasn't the sony that they had for sale at wal-mart. the amp was a good old es mobile class d and the subs had this big cast aluminum heat sink where the cone would be---and they wanged. so i guess what i'm saying is that everybody likes different things and if he wants earthquake by all means let him!!!!
