ear feels clogged when listening to music loud??

The reason you feel like your ears are clogged is becasue you have tiny bones in your inner ear. They vibrate and that is loosely how you hear. I won't get into the science and all that. When the bones vibrate too much the muscles around them clemp down so they won't move so much. It is a self protection thing. After a while of quiet they loosen back up. This is you losing your hearing, and you should avoid those volumes.
see, i believe you because it sounds like you kinda know what your talkin about...or I just have no idea...but that happens to me all the time..as I said, its like when you get out of an airplane, and you can yawn and your ears open up, or it sounds clearer....but I would put money down that I have perfect hearing.

A big part of me thinks that our body, just like everything else...just naturally adjusts to loud music. Like being in warm weather all your life...you move to cold climate your gonna be colder than normal.

Your music could all be quiet enough to not do any real damage, except for one major peak frequency, especially if it's near 2k or so, since your ears are very sensative there. Anyway, just turn it down, your ears dont' have muscles, your going to go deaf, plain and simple....

eh it stays with me for a day or 2
temporary hearing change after exposure to loud music is a sign that damage has been done to your hearing.

i've had it happen to me two or 3 times... my hearing is pretty **** good though...

i've got my subs hooked up to a fading output, so during normal listening i'll fade most of the signal to the front... every once in a while i'll turn the fade off... it can be somewhat loud when i do that lol...

This is what happens to me too. If im driving with my system really loud my ears kinda tighten up or something, but as soon as you pop your ears it goes to normal (and makes the bass louder again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ) Just like going down a really long hill in a car, or taking off in an airplane.

I dont know about it lasting a few days is my point.
