Best way is to open a paypal account and send money that way. I will accept a money order but thats just prolonging the shipment to you. With paypal I could ship this weekend

I have used gift cards on paypal. If its a vanilla visa gift card all you do is go into their website and verify you zip code and then you can use it in paypal.
