E-bay scammer wtf should i do?

So i sold a lot of 7 blown rockford amps on e-bay, the dude was a **** sucker and kept saying he'd pay in a few days, i get payment on a friday, and work two jobs all weekend and told him i'de be able to send on tuesday, oct 26, he ******* about this, then i send via usps with no confirmation like i have done so many times (on oct 26), and a week later he messages me saying they are not in yet. and i told him im in ny your in az they should arrive any time, well a week later he threatens to file a claim and i told him its not my fault they havent arrived i dont hand deliver. he held off for a couple days and tonight he filed a claim, wtf do i do? i cant call anyone at ebay now, and their trying to **** funds out of my paypal, im not willing to loose the money but im willing to cancel my ebay. any ideas? im going to call the post office in the am tp see what the **** is up.

With out any proof of delivery confirmation you are probably going to lose this claim agenst you. You have no way to prove that those amplifiers even shipped or recieved, not sure why you would ship a lot with out any delivery confirmation.

Today was a holiday so it wasnt possible for him to recieve them anyway. Check w the post office and see what they can tell u. It has been, like 15 days since u shipped them. so u gotta understand where this guys frustration is coming from. Just go on with the dispute and buy urself some more time and see if he gets the items i guess. Thats what ***** when u dont get delivery confirmation tho.

Using USPS is your choice,however without a signed deliv receipt your are hoses

UPS or FEDEX is all Id ever ship anything with

you will hands down lose the claim. as a powerseller ive had it happen many times to me in the beginning before i learned. he will keep the amps and get his money back too. if you close your ebay/paypal they will call you every single day for 2 years asking for their funds (happened to my buddy) and on top of it all, they do turn it in to collections so that it effects your credit. oh and they only stopped calling him because he finally paid. gl

call the hell out of usps and ask where your packacge is or try to claim insurance on it if it is a lost parcel or whatever they call it. they should at least be able to tell you if it was droppped off or not.

This. Not sure why you would send them with no confirmation, as it protects the seller even more than it protects the buyer.

im going to call his post office and find out if its being held, i sent it parcel post, so the lady at my post office said it may not have even arrived yet.

parcel post can take like 2-3 weeks sometimes. I sent something to Cali from Iowa and had a similar situation (except I was smart enough to get delivery confirmation, LOL) ANYWAYS, about a week after he filed the claim, he got the package and the case was closed...
