How many of you guys use this in the trunk of you cars?? Is it worth that much money to buy it and put one coat of it on or do you put a couple layers on or what not?? Can you hear a difference outside from the trunk not as rattling as much or what???

Yes...you can notice a big difference outside your vehicle - the rattling really quiets down.

Sound deadening material is one of the key things many people forget to factor into their install, and one of the most important things in an install.

They will all do the job - though you can use different lines of Second Skin for different places in your car.

what about the spray on's??? do they work as good?? How many square feet would i need for a normal trunk (mines a beretta) to do 2 layers??

50 - 75 sq.ft. would be enough I believe.

The spray on works as well, but I prefer material because it is doesnt make a mess.

mat are more effective at similar thicknesses when compared to sprays. the only spray I would use would be bed liner and that would only be in high heat areas.

I am going to have my hood sprayed in bed liner, then followed up with a hood liner.

should be schweet!
