Dynamat like stuff, plz help

I belive this company only sells their style Dynamat on their websight, and only sell it by the roll. I can't remeber the name and/or websight. Anyone help me out? And i belive the price was alot lower than Dynamat/name brands, if that helps at all. GReatly aprreciated.
