Dude.... Dynamat is a good way to go if you want good sound. It is pretty easy to do your truck and doors yourself. Just remember where you have pulled all of the nuts and bolts from. I put all of my parts in bags and label them.
You can by a door kit from dynamat and apply it yourself. You should put a peice behind the speaker as well.
If you have woofers in your trunk that are firing towards the back of the car/ truck you will get a lot of vibrations. Dynamat will also help reflect the bass waves into the cabin of the car.
Here are some tricks that I use.
You can use a product called under coat to spray the inside of your doors. When using this spray, use aluminum foil to wrap the window bars and lock bars to keep from any spray from getting on parts you do not want sprayed. Also, crumble up a piece a foil and shove it into your screw holes. You can also use this in the trunk but you have to be very careful because it is very messey and needs alot of time to dry. Undercoat is cheap... cost about $3.00 a can and can be found at walmart or any auto store.
The undercoat will not have as great effect as Dynamat will.
Or if you have a little of cash to spend check out... www.brownbread.com. This stuff is very similar to Dynamat but is a lot cheaper and just as good.
Either way you decide to go will give you better sound, and less roadnoise, and less vibrations.
