wtf dxm is dxm? why does it matter if its in cough syrup or not dam

do you think the cough syrup is just 100% dextromethorphan...or might there be other things in it that when you take enough to catch a buzz will make you sick?

That's very true. Some cough syrups actually contain things other than DXM like Acetaminophen that can help to cause liver damage or Chlorpheniramine Maleate that is lethal at higher levels.
