DVD player turns off when playing loud music.

Hi Guys,

I have a panasonic in dasn DVD player (CQ-VD7003) that is giving me problems. It started a week ago, when I turn the music loud for about 5 minutes the dvd player turns off by itself and then turns back on. I haven't checked any of the ground wires from my amp or my head unit. Do any of you guys have any idea what's happing to my dvd player or is it time to buy a new one?. Any help will be appreciated. thank you
