dvd player draining power?

i recently got my dvd HU installed and have been having some problems with it.

if my car isnt running i can only use it for 10 mins max before it shuts off, then the little light on it will flicker on and off. at that point i tried to start my car (99 saturn sc1) but it wont start. all it does is click rapidly and the gauges go all crazy.

I have no idea what could be the problem so im here.....

Sounds more like a weak battery than anything else.

Many parts stores will come outside to your car and put a meter on it to check both your battery and the charging system's health free of charge.

I think your problem is "Winterpeg" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif a weak battery and -30C will do that. Watch your movies with the car running mmmkay?
