Dvc n rms info needed plz

K so I need to be skool'd lol!!

So I'm starting to get more into car audio and not a complete retard to this just alil confused... I'm looking to build a new set up for my Acura TL-S. My mind is already set on running a fully loaded FI Audio BL 12 2ohm dvc wired to 1ohm in 2.5 cuft enclosure tuned to 32hz. Amp leaning towards to push it is Hifonics BRX2000.1D (I know, I know....) So what I need info on

1) is it better to get DUAL 2ohm vc wire it in parallel to 1ohm then wire to AMP or get DUAL 1ohm vc n wire each vc to AMP.... Or what is the difference between the 2 n what's the best vc option to get n how to wire it to maximize its performance???

2)another thing correct me if I'm wrong, but since I'm wiring 1 SUB to a MONO AMP that states 2000rms x 1 @ 1ohm the SUB will only see 1/2 or the full 2000rms??? Please help clarify this n I know everyone knocks on Hifonics but I was only leaning to it of coarse is price n availability... If anyone can point me to better direction I'd appreciate it, aiming for 1000-1500rms n price range is $300-$400.thanx

A mono amp only has one channel even if it has two plus minus inputs for speakers, id just get a dual 2 an wire it 1 ohm to the amp

Dual one its gonna see a half ohm unless u actually wire thr sub in series

As far as amps go I would suggest the ppi black ice amps over hifonics. The PPI BK1800 will put out rated and isn't pricey.
