throw out the speakers and get new ones.... that'll fix everything.

I would rather just seal it up and sell it for 20-30 bucks. I have replaced these with rainbows. oh wel I just ordered rubber CA lets see how it works when it comes home.

new ca wont stick to old ca and its already brittle. they make a ca debonder its a liquid that de activates it. should get it off then use the rubber
