dust cap probs

so i have one sub with rubbing coils and a good dust cap. I have another sub with good coils but the dust cap is broken. does anyone know a trick to getting the good dustcap off without messing it up? or where can i find dust caps?

Small flathead and slowly work around the edge.

after working the caps off of the too subs i found that there was one of those small candle wicks with a little metal piece on it inside the cone stuck at the top of the gap. thats what was causing the rubbing sound, not the vc. Here i was thinking i had a bad vc and all it was was a candle wick. yay fixed sub!
