actually a couple noob questions.

im thinking of buying a couple jl 12w3's. whats the difference between jls 12w3v3, 12w3v2 and 12w3?

ive been doing some research on them and ive seen 2 different types of the w3's. the one with the **** dust cap and the one with no dust cap. whats the difference? just the year manufactured?
