I had a friend tell me one day that he was gonna drop $1,000 into buying a pair of "kicker squares" and a "4,000w amp" (he didn't specify which brand, which turned out to be a PA amp that actually put out about 1200w). He then proceeded to tell me that it would be so loud it would give you a headache and you couldn't even sit in the car. In an attempt to represent how loud it would be he was punching his fist into the palm of his hand and yelling "BANG! BANG! BANG!". It was pretty hard not to laugh lol

Square waves and square subs. We joke about that all the time. I can't tell you how many blown kickers I have seen.
