sry this is a dumb question, but can I wire a 400 Watts x 1 @ 2 ohm / 800 Watts Peak Power to a 4ohm sub?

I plan on wiring a CADENCE Z1000 MONO BLOCK POWER AMPLIFIER 400 WATTS 2 OHM MONO to an Atlas 15" is this possible?

I think you're out of luck. If your sub only has one voice coil, (the Atlas 15 only has one), you can only wire it in four ohms. You can still use that amplifier, you just will get the power that it is rated at 4 ohms.
