Dumb question but..

I currently got approved for a loan from my bank to for $10,000 to buy a car. That gave me the green light to sell my truck. I currently owe $2,500 on the loan and i can sell it to someone for 7g's right now. I just have no idea how to give him the title or get it or anything? Im assuming the bank has the title since its their money and all, but how do i go about selling the truck? do i take the cash and does he come with me to the bank and we get it all sorted out?

The bank will hold the title until it's fully paid off, so when you sell that truck you have to tell the guy that it's still on a loan and adjust your sales price accordingly.

That or you use part of that 10g and paid off the car loan(so you get the title) then sell the truck. Remember to take the plates off when you sell it.

Actually, yeah it is. Hes tired of his truck that probably ***** his fuel like no other. After he sells his truck he obviously can pay off the 2 grand or whatever he still owes on it and then get another loan for whatever vehicle he wants

I didnt lift it nor did i want it lifted.. My dad got a loan for 4500 for my first car and it was gonna be like a little s10 or little truck and he came home with that.. Now its a beautiful truck i wasnt mad but i didnt need a lifted truck and now its taken its burden on income. He has been paying the loan and recently just got my own loan... Im not into the whole off roading scene
