I had my pair of powerbass xtreme 15s posted for sale on craigslist and put in my ad that they were better than kickers just as a reference and couple days later browsing craigslist, someone posts a for sale ad and challenges me to a sound off against his setup and friends 12" cvr hiTting 136db lol. He says I should go learn some stuff before I post ads like that. I guess his missmatch set of cvr and mtx subs along with his gravity amp is so much better than my stuff. I better throw these away along with my dd 9500 and rd heavyweight and read up on kickers!haha. Mind you I have nothing against kicker but thought this was funny cause i was just trying to sell my stuff. Btw never metered my setup but I know should easily hit 140s. 200amp alt, 4 batteries, pbx 15s ,autotek SS1900.1d soon to be my orion 2500d that's sitting in my closet.

You're both idiots. You're probably going to get stomped. I bet you don't come back here and post THAT.

wouldn't go making assumptions. but considering you have 15s you SHOULD be able to take down this noob's 12s.

this isn't the place to get sympathy though, go smash him on the termlab, record it, THEN talk to us

I never heard the PB's but my old minivan hit low 40's in a very narrow range (40-43hz). but i metered it with a AC mic on the dash sealed at audio itch in tampa and i'm not sure if it was calibrated correctly. How far off is a AC mic compared to a TL?

Edit: that was with 2 cvr 12's 4.5 cubes tuned to 35hz on a ZX750.1
