Dumb *** cop story

Well today i was with my dad in his car and were pulling through a 4 way stop near my house and we see an old mercades stuck on top of the curb(high curbs + low cars FTL). I realize its one of my friends and run home and get the van and a bunch of wood to try and get him off. So we get back there and start working on it with a few other people who have stopped to help. Eventually the cop shows up and the first thing she says is "is this where the accident occurred". How dumb can you get, how the hell did she think it got on top of the curb. Should we trust these people to protect us?

cops get a brief accident or incident report thats usually less than 10 words. when they arrive at the scene, they have no clue what happened. the officer probably though that the car got bumped or hit and ended up on the curb.

actually there was no damage to the car so i doubt she thought it got bumped. What actually happened was it was a 4 way stop and my friend stopped and then started to go but some dumb ***** ran straight through the stop and cut him off and he hit the curb. Then she sped off

and that sounds like the accident happend at the stop sign, not where the car ended up at on the curb.

which is an incident/accident. not all accidents result in body damage, or any damage, but it is still an accident whether it had two vehicles involved or a single vehicle.
