they will i've had that happen in my high school. then again with 90% of cars out there a new hood if that's what needs fixing is less than his deductable. plus if you claim that your insurance go's up.

uhh.. that's not true at all.. I had my license suspended for a year and I was paying insurance on my car the whole time
Because of this (not stopping payment and re-starting) they never looked on my file and saw what I got my license suspended for.

No increase in premiums FTW
