I just wanted to let anyone know that did donate or was helped or cared in anyway that our fundraising efforts were pretty successful for our first year doing this. We were able to raise $6,000 for the Childrens Hospital. Pretty good I think for our first attempts at this type thing. Next year we will be able to do a lot more and have a lot of Soldiers that will be taking this and helping out at more bases. In the end we were able to raffle off a PS3, 2 Sundown subs, 3 Fender Electric guitars, 1 Ibanez electric guitar and 2 Fender acoustic guitars. Thank you to Jacob at Sundown for donating the subs to help raise money. I will be doing this again next year. Looking to start again shortly after I return to the states in a month so we can have more time to raise money. I have included a picture of Ethan Blevins below. Unfortunately he passed away 2 weeks after our final event. Brings to realization why money and research is so important. Sad to see a kid gone so young. Couldn't imagine if it was one of mine. Thanks again for any help and hope to get some more help and donations next year!

I think this is the point when trolling goes too far man. If that was your kid you wouldn't be happy about it

This is definitely not some shit you troll about. It's sad to see somebody go very young, and to troll about it just fucked up, whether it's in the dome or not.

I do my fair share of trolling, but there are some things that you just shouldn't troll about. How do you think his family feels? Knowing their son has been fighting cancer all this time just to lose the battle. Yeah people die all the time, but a 9 year old shouldn't have to live his life suffering only to not make it.

The saddest part was that it actually wasnt the Leukemia that killed him. He had went into remission 3 times and made it each time. He was on chemo for the last remission and caught pneumonia. And as a lot of people know, once you have cancer and do chemo, your immune system is shot and can't fight back.

Stories like these really tear at your heart....We came close to a tragedy like this....my now 22mo old Grandbaby was born with a heart related birth defect...she had two heart surgeries before she was 2 mos old....it was hard on this old man to sit patiently in that waiting room while my baby went under the knife twice....she is doing great now....
