<blockquote data-quote="tat2bass" data-source="post: 7882882" data-attributes="member: 635306">I just wanted to let anyone know that did donate or was helped or cared in anyway that our fundraising efforts were pretty successful for our first year doing this.&nbsp; We were able to raise $6,000 for the Childrens Hospital.&nbsp; Pretty good I think for our first attempts at this type thing.&nbsp; Next year we will be able to do a lot more and have a lot of Soldiers that will be taking this and helping out at more bases.&nbsp; In the end we were able to raffle off a PS3, 2 Sundown subs, 3 Fender Electric guitars, 1 Ibanez electric guitar and 2 Fender acoustic guitars.&nbsp; Thank you to Jacob at Sundown for donating the subs to help raise money.&nbsp; I will be doing this again next year.&nbsp; Looking to start again shortly after I return to the states in a month so we can have more time to raise money.&nbsp; I have included a picture of Ethan Blevins below.&nbsp; Unfortunately he passed away 2 weeks after our final event.&nbsp; Brings to realization why money and research is so important.&nbsp; Sad to see a kid gone so young.&nbsp; Couldn&#039;t imagine if it was one of mine.&nbsp; Thanks again for any help and hope to get some more help and donations next year!<img src="http://i1171.photobucket.com/albums/r546/tat2bass/Ethan.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /></blockquote>
