I find it insane how a country can spend that kind of money on something as pointless as a man made island to put millions of dollars worth of houses on, when all that cash could be actually put to GOOD use.

Implementation of UAE's federal budget for the fiscal year 2007 started yesterday with the beginning of the year. The federal budget for 2007 stood at Dh 28.4 billion and maintained a zero deficit for the third running year.

Being in a office position at a company that builds buildings......well their foundations.......But I'm pretty unsure about it....The thing is i would be making 100,000+ a year

dubai is quite a tourist spot, they actually have a resturant underwater, freaking amazing, yea the Arabs are quite wealthy over there

I plan to send my resume to some companies over there when I get done with college. Not sure about living there for the rest of my life just 5 or 6 years. Either Dubai or Quatar hear good stuff about both places.

the jobs in Iraq are paying $120K a year. I actually know 2 people over there right now, husband & wife. He's a volunteer fireman, andshe's a telephone operator. Their daughter get's $20K a month in cash, to be deposited into their bank account.

Best part is all of the money you make over there is tax free!
