dual xdvd 3101 problem.....

hi guys i'm new here so hello to everyone !!!!

i just bought a jeep and the radio on it is a dual xdvd 3101...

the guy who sold it to me told me that 2 weeks ago the radio was doing fine....

today i tried a dvd with the bypass of the system, i tried the usb key and i tried the cd too....no sound at all except on the tuner,, everything seems to be fine it sees the dvd,the cd,the usb key all the songs on them and i see the time of the song moving but no sound at all....could someone have a hint for me ??? tx in advance !!! It's dual. Bottom of the barrel quality. It may have been working fine. It may start working again in a few weeks. I may die in a few minutes

it's not even a year old the seller must still have the warranty.......

Good luck with that. I doubt it was more than $200, chalk it up as a lose and do better. Ask before you buy something else. To many gimmicks out there.

That's it. It was a step down from their flagship. They don't make them like that anymore.

I had a few DVD units. Honestly once the new worn off I never used it. Now USB is a life saver.
