This is the 2nd unit doing the same thing. When it's turned off, it won't turn back on. I found that if I disconnect the power and reconnect it will then turn on. Is there anyone who knows about this issue? Dual Co. is no help.

Dual is normally a cheaper brand built with substandard parts....so lots of problems....
