dual vented box?

hey i was just wondering if i took one of moe lester's plans like this one and made it a dual vented box on either side of 2 12" subs would it still sound good...

basically i was gonna use his 3.5 cu. tuned to 30 hz plan and run 2 12" infinity kappa perfect dvq's and instead of running 1 port on one side i was thinking of doing a port on both sides...equalling out the mearsurements to the same specifications of course...

will this still sound good?

nevermind...dumb question...i can just build a break in the middle of the box and they would technically be two boxes....just had to think about it a little

ummm...you can't just take a box with a single port and cut the port in half to make two, it don't work like that. on the flip side, if you do something like this and just place a divider in the box to split it in half, it also don't work like that. you will need to re calculate either way you go.

you're right I've already nixed that idea and I found some box calculators online to make the right box for the setup...
