I have an Alpine M240 amp... 1500 watts at 4 ohms and 2500 at 2 ohms...
and 3 10 inch type r's all dual 2 ohmers...
right now im running them at 3 ohms, and they are doall in individual .85 cuft sealed chambers... They do sound good... But.. I miss my ported bumps..
Here is my dillemma ...
Im either gonna grab one more of these subs and run them all at 4 ohms (more sq and less stress on my other electronics ), and have two chambers each with one port and 2 subs... Simple right...
Orrr... I can keep more space and work some fiberglass with 3, but i was told i would wanna run 2 ports to one chamber... I Can't
wrap my mind around these numbers... Any info or suggestions fellas??
