Dual PIONEER TS-W254R vs Dual Image Dynamic CTX108

I'm trying to get some dual 10"s in my car without breaking the bank, so I've found these "decent looking" cheap subs for sale. Im going for SQ, but what I have found is that the pioneer will sound louder with less effort, but I also see a lot of hate for pioneer. Anyone have experience with these?

The pioneers are 4 ohm and the Image Dynamics are 8.
