Crossover set at 120hz at the amp and 100hz at the headunit.

The old 10 was in a sealed q-logic box dont remember the size, if I had to guess 1 cube.

doesn't matter, you have more adjustability at the head though.

well sometimes you can turn off all the boosts on your HU but that usually gives the music a really dry sound. Just play around with the xover untill you get a nice sound coming from the subs. I would set the amp xover first though.
