Me thinks the amps shouldve been mounted with the face showing.

**** man i havnt been on this forum in a min, i shoulda been following this thread for a while. I have a 2006 Accord coupe, and i've got just a box sittin back there, false floor with the amps through plexi. I was wondering what you think about the facia and whether or not it affects the bass goin into the car. I went without a rearstage and dampened heavily around the empty spots to allow for movement. Do you think it'd be worth it to do a facia like that?

hell yea, dude $4 from lowe's you get the sheet of "facia" 1/4 wood thats simple to cut. and well la, doesnt affect sound at all.

im sure it affects the sound atleast a little, its like putting your back seat up, just not as thick

well, I just bought the ultra white CC tubes, hopefully they will look good, if not I'll get a blue and shine it through, not sure yet though, keep checking back on this thread.

to bad you already have the amps mounted other wise i was gonna say motorize them out that would have looked dope. did you ever get the loc problem fixed?

I would have liked to see a coral light or maybe even a soft black light in there. I think that would look slick but the white probably will as well. Good luck, and great looking install!

well, like I said before the ultra white lights are only 8 bucks each, if i dont like the way they look, i will use them else where in the car, then maybe change to a soft black light or whatever it maybe. I kinda did want contrasting lights.

hm, thats a great idea, to bad my expertise does not extend that far hehe, anyhow fixed the LOC problem, turns out the wire tap wasnt doing the tapping, so i just connected the wires and solder, now i have no delays!
