Dual in dash dvd head unit Help

I heard there was a to by-pass the parking brake to view the dvd player while in motion Can someone please help me I have tried almost everything and hoping some one can give the answer thank you

RTFM and determine what the parking brake sequence is....then use some common sense and a switch to duplicate that sequence without using the parking brake
