Soft foam adhesive for wrapping wires?

Where can I get the soft foam adhesive auto makers use to wrap their wires? It is also used between the headliner and roof on my Honda Accord. It is sort of like a soft memory foam. I've tried the Armacell foam tape and some others but it doesn't cut vibration noise down as well as the OEM stuff.

lol what car do you have? my wire was wrapped in black electrical tape!

96 Accord LX. Only some of the wire has the foam, the rest is electrical tape, plastic wire loom, or nothing.

Reducing vibration noise from mid and low frequencies, one being wires vibrating against metal and plastic surfaces in the vehicle, also some trim pieces vibrate (most of these are just snapped together).

look at double sided tape.

there is brand that is like 1/6" foam double sided tape it works good. it is black with a red plastic on it.
