anyways just taking my daily look threw ebay and i stubble across dual battery isolators, and they dont seem that bad. with this i would be able to put in a second battery without damaging the alternator? right? and if this would not destroy my alternator how many amps do you think i would need to keep a yellow top going to a mtx ta81001? i dont know $hit about alternators, or battery isolators and dont know if this is a stupid idea or if it might work so i could get the most power to my amplifier as possible. thanks for any help!

yea i put one in, helps if u wanna just sit in a parking lot and bump ur system with the car off so you dont drain ur starting battery. once the ignition is on nto just acc the two batteries are tied together again
