Dual Alternators????

Heres the story behing my POS iraggi alt that i OWN and i tried to use except for in the 6 months of me trying to use it, it failed 6 or 7 times (its failed so many times i dont even remember now). Now i do remember that 3 out of those times the alt DID NOT even work out of the box. 2 times it didnt last more than a couple hours. Dominick actually owes me about 800 dollars right now and is refusing to pay me and keeps coming up with excuses to not pay. There is a court judgement against him...

you dont think nate or any of the others have ever had an issue? cuz for every 1 person that says a bad thing u know full and well that their are 1000 that have good to say.

This is Dom's reply after telling me over and over the FIRST alt would fit. I was sure it wouldn't fit because it didn't but yet...he assured me so I went off and tried to install it.

Did you try and mount it? I believe it will fit from the measurements we took here.

I called Dom and he told me it will fit. The 2ND one DIDN'T so he said he'd make me a bracket. All I needed to do for said bracket was go out of my way, and create a template and he would cut a bracket for me out of who knows what. So...I went and created a mock-up bracket and called Dom back so I could fax or send him the exact size template for him to make me. Well guess what? After like 50 calls a few emails I decided to give up. It was obvious Dom was dodging me because he didn't want to help me any more. So in the end I went out of my way to create my own bracket for the SECOND alternator he sent me that he said WOULD fit. So much for buying a bolt on. Dominick is nothing but a lying sack of sh1t, avoid all business with the guy if possible.

 
well da mn lol.. i own a mechman alt btw.. it just isnt enough at idle for me so im going dual

im going to order another mechman alt once i find a dual alt kit to work

did you know in his subforum on SteveMeadeDesigns.com he made a thread for feedback. However if you look that thread is now gone, i wonder why you must ask? because there was so much negative feedback in such a short amount of time it was going to kill any future customers that was stupid enough not to fully research about iraggi befoe purchasing

 
really? do you have the "rhino" series if so sheesh lol. what does your setup consist of?
i have the large case 200amp with voltage regulator

&

well my motor isnt stock, the big cam and ect.. makes it idle low

and the alt i has doesnt hit high output until after bout 14-500ish rpm

and when my bass hits the alt slips so bad..

4)12"inch kicker cvxs

1 zx2500 kicker mono amp

2) 2400 kinetiks

yeah i know your saying with those 2400 i should be fine but the alt just cant keep up dueing to it slipping and what not, so i figure add a second alt + with the serpentine setup il be A-okay..

ahhh, okay i thought you had the 150 at idle alt. hmm belt slip? can you take a picture of the alt's "belt" wrap?

its just a simple v-belt except the alternator has the serpentine groove
