dual 6 ohm what to run at??

You do not need to worry about "setting" the amp to anything, it will automatically sent as much power as it can into the load it is given. It will most likely give you around 600W RMS into the 3 ohm load though.

It will work just fine. Wire the voice coils in parallel (positive to positive, negative to negative) and then take a wire from each pair and put the positive to the positive on the amp and negative to the negative on the amp. The amp will be fine and you should get somewhere around 600 watts.
