when i put the sub upside down position..or inverted?w/ the magnet outside..you know..i don't know how to call it..is it good?

It's called inverted......and doing it won't change much in your situation. The main reason people do it is strictly for cosmetics. Beyond that..you will notice a slight change in sound since you'll be increasing the enclosure volume some (which, if your enclosure is ported, will change the tuning frequency aswell). So if you are happy with the sound inside the vehicle, there's no point in doing it.

no,i'm frustrated w/ this because me prev. sub, a kicker es 15" 400w,sounds louder outside..it wasn't enough for me,so that's why i bougth a 15" baric..i tot this would sounds much louder..you see the difference:400w vs 2000w..the 400w louder outside,the 2000w just louder inside..

The new sub and higher power level sounds louder inside the vehicle, just as you wanted. When you are listening to the system, you are inside the vehicle aswell. So, again, I fail to see the "problem". It's louder inside the vehicle just as you wanted....

If you are focusing strictly on how loud it is outside the vehicle...then you need to leave the hobby because you are not the type of person we want participating in our hobby.

now,there are a lot of vehicle here competing w/ each others on the street,on a club..and i don't wanna go home w/ somebody who's laughin' because i sound "like this"..

And if whoever is there "street competing" with you is judging the quality of a system by how loud it is outside the vehicle, then they are idiots. Otherwise they would be basing the quality of a system on how it sounds inside the vehicle.

A good system sounds good on the inside of the vehicle. There is no relevance between how a system sounds outside the vehicle and how good that system is.

so,the lower impedance,much power required?i'm just drivin' my sub w/ 800w rms at 2ohms..

The lower impedance doesn't "require" more power...it will draw more power from the amplifier.

If you are happy with how it sounds inside the vehicle, then I fail to see why you are worried about it. You can try building a different enclosure....but I would only keep the enclosure if you are happy with the change in sound inside the vehicle.

when someone tells you:"you've spent so much money,but it's not loud,it's not worth"..well,i don't know what to say bro..

Tell him; "You are a fucking idiot. It's loud inside the vehicle, where it's suppose to be. Only the ignorant base the quality of a system by how loud it is outside the vehicle."

ha?don't worry,i was just wondering..thanks a lot!i'm just a newbie, and what i'm seeing here is just what i know..

i just wanted some pounding bass w/ this sub..i can do the SQ,i can enjoy this system for myself..i just wanna put some accent to this vehicle..because w/o it,it's just a motor,w/ 4 wheels w/ it..and when you look at it,you wont appreciate this..

just for cosmetics?oh,ic..it's just a little better now..it looks great,they're asking what the hell is it?hehe

i'm lookin' for tips here,to know how to manage,to tune,to set gains and to ask the experts at this site..it helps me a lot..

First get a better amp, because most lanzar amps, except the class d ones and Opti Series are very over rated.

HGT2600D,a class D mono amp..it makes the sub woof at full power w/ just 1/3 of the full volume..when i put the volume higher than that, the sub wont stop on the music intervals,and the volume wont increase

the cap always reads 11. something..i don't know if it's good..

i have two batteries,but it looks like doesn't help,or i made a mistake on the batts' wiring..

what subs from pioneer,kicker,alpine,jbl,infinity,directed,dynaquest,orion,RF, are good for a chest bumping mid/high frequence bass?what size?i'll add up one..because my amp now it's just for low freq only..
